I hope you all have celebrated the end of MCAT and have taken advantage of the short summer left (assuming u have school to go back to in a week or so). I just went to Hawaii and completely forgot about the MCAT. It was the best week all summer. GO OUT AND ENJOY THE FREE TIME!

Thanks dude, you're telling me this is really going to make me want to party.

I celebrated to a lesser degree... b/f and his daughter took me out to eat at a nice restaurant. It was nice.

But Hawaii would have been WONDERFUL!

Lucky dawg!! 😀

I would have liked to gone to Hawaii too!! lucky! I had to go back to work full time, but I'm trying not to overanalyze too much!

seriously! i was in phoenix for a week doing NOTHING. it was so great. i still have a month left of break though (on qtrs so i dont start until the end of sept). it's wonderful 😀

I will celebrate when I received my score in 50 or so days assuming I did well ( which I am very very very uncertain of) :meanie:

I know things didn't seem to go your way, but celebrate that you dealt with it and got through it all.. that was a feat in itself!

As for me, I have been having a great time. The night of the MCAT I went to a great party.. then went back to work on Sunday. So far I have been working 25 hrs / week and have been slacking otherwise! It's been great! School doesn't start until sept. 7th, so I still have 14 days!

I actually got a GREAT surprise right before the MCAT... a nice schoalrship... so it;s less work and more free time🙂 IThe MCAT killed me financially, so it's nice not to be broke now.

Even if I was working 50 hrs/week it would feel like a break!

congrats on your scholarship!! awesome!!

actually one of my apartment mates made sure I got significantly drunk the night of the MCAT; however i'd call it more drowning my sorrows than celebrating. Then i spent the next week doing fun things with my gf since i had neglected her all summer due to my studying. right now i'm near Chicago since i drove her back to school. Will drive back to my school apartment tomorrow and then i have a few days...to do med school apps...yikes!!...before i start classes again.
