so besides having a great medical school, we also have a good basketball program!!! as far as the PAC-10 we are not doing that bad...any thoughts on the next game for us, I say UCLA all the way baby!!! Oh by the way has anyone heard from USC? what's up with them, when is their deadline for interview invites now?

UCLA graduate and bball fanatic. The only problem with dominating like that is that Lavin wont get fired. He is the worst coack in the whole NCAA and he needs to go. I am afraid that he will stay now which is so detrimental to our program.

Although we beat #1 seed Cincinatti..... Steve Lavin still has to go. He is the worst coach in Division 1 NCAA basketball. We can be consistantly in the Final Four with a decent coach.

i'm back from my 2 week hiatus... hehe...
just wanted to say go ucla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and taht i'm really really really really beat after watching 90% of the games thursday-sunday. did make some good money though
and 2 of my 3 favorite teams (ucla, cal, arizona) are still in it, so all in all, it was a good weekend. steve lavin saves himself again...

I think UCLA is one of the few universities that can say they are great in academia a athletics. UCLA can beat anyone (including DUKE!) if they play up to their potential. Proof of this is beating kansas and now cincinatti (I should have bet on that game! ) Now Missouri is up, and I think we'll be ok with them. But I still think that if we don't get to the final four, Lavin might be fired...On another note (just so that this thread won't be thrown out to the lounge ) WTF is going on with USC? I'm still waiting for some news from them damn it and nothing, and yeah, their basketball team sucks!!! hey how about NYMC, Loma Linda? My apps have been complete with them since last year already and no news! Anyways GO BRUINS!!!

Well for sure they have sent out some acceptances (I know SMW and I got them). They may be waiting until they finish interviewing everyone in April before they send out the bulk of them though.
Anyway, did you guys see how we toppled Cincy? Damn I can barely talk today from shouting at the game yesterday. Final Four here we come.
