Just so I am clear. I am currently a sole prop and have figured out the advantages of S-corp but i am unsure if this process will require me to reapply to all my insurance panels. I understand an EIN will be issued but am i still able to receive payments based on my social in the meantime or even if i have an EIN can it still be issued either way?

I missed the S-corp election deadline but am seeing i might be able to request it anyways fingers crossed and online it seems for 200-300 dollars they can do all the filing paperwork for you thru the state so its a lot cheaper than i thought.
