going from UK pharmacist to US pharmacist

Thank you very much for reading this thread!!

I have one question to ask and I would really appreciated some advise! Are there any UK pharmacist who applied the FPGEE?

I am stuck in one of the FPGEC application questions, it asks:

1) do you need a license to practice in your country?
-2) do you need a registration to practice in your country?

UK pharmacist needs to be registered with GPhC in order to practice pharmacy, however, do we have a "license" for practice"? (i.e. answer yes to question 2, but answer yes or no to question 1?) If so, what does it look like?

If you are a registered pharmacist then you have license to practice pharmacy.

what I dont really understand is.... they seems to treat license and registration as two different thing? I know about the register, but I have never seen an actual license before. So I am just thinking.... should I answer yes to both questions, or no to license (question 1), but yes to registration(question 2)?
