what's a good emergency medicine book that I can read in bed/at night that isn't a giant textbook? I want something that, ideally, would say the disease, the symptoms, how to work it up, and how to treat it. Just listing that would be all I need.

Anyone got good recommendations?

Tintinallis EM Manual is a shorter version of big tint. Emergency Medicine Secrets is good too, more of a study guide format.

Is it just me, or was the previous version of the mini Tintinalli better than the latest?

EDIT: I'm referring to the 6th edition of EM Manual being > 7th edition of EM Manual. It looks like there my be another book out called "Just the Facts" that I am unfamiliar with.
