Your degree is worth about as much as any other worthless bachelors degree. It doesn't qualify you for anything, but there are a ton of "entry-level" jobs where the only qualification is a a college diploma.
Most certificate programs are near useless. If you're going to get certified in an in-demand skill, it might be worth it. But if it's basically equivalent to a minor or post-bacc, save your money.
