Good Mid Tier Psych residency programs that allow moonlighting

Title says it all. Any programs that have good work life balance (not malignant) and allow moonlighting? Feel free to post personal experience.

Availability of high pay moonlighting opportunities locally would also be something to look at if that's your interest. There are big variations.

Isn't the number of psych programs that don't allow moonlighting a pretty short list? It would probably be more helpful to start by just excluding those.
