Good osteopathic CME cat-1 in southwest

My state has both an md and do medical board. The DO lice aing reuires total of 40 CME cat1 with 24 being AOA.
Id like to stick to a single good conference per year (thinking of doing masterpsych this year). And complete AOA credits as efficiently as possible.

What are fellow osteopaths doing for their AOA cme requirements?

Anyone have recs for good osteopathic conferences in Nevada, AZ, CA, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico?
--any just for paychiatrists?
--any good online cmes?

I've been wondering what you find out also. The OMED offerings for psychiatry are paltry. I haven't been able to find any conference for psychiatrists that explicitly offer AOA CME credits.

Ugh, how about time that all states have on single licensing board rather than separate DO boards?!
