Good prosth pre-clinical and/or clinical manuals

Hey guys, I am looking for good prosth (fixed, partial, complete dentures) pre-clinical and/or clinical manuals (bigger interest in clinical). If your school has one or you know any other school that does, I would really appreciate if you could post it here. Also, worth mentioning, I am interested to buy manual that you think is worth the money. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hopefully updated since I got my first copy, but it is a great starter book in removable prosthetics.
