Good reference for statistical tests?

Can someone point me in the right direction here? I majored in Psychology and I'm working before med school in a related field. I'm having a hard time finding the official names, punctuation, and capitalization of some of the basic statistical tests like the Pearson correlation and t-test. I've searched Google but a lot of the websites are made by people who don't pay attention to this kind of detail.

What is the correct way of referring to these tests? Is it:

Pearson's Correlation
Pearson Correlation
Pearson correlation or
Pearson's correlation?

Is "t-test" supposed to be an upper case t or a lower case t?
T-test
t-test
T-Test etc.?

i always see it as t-test. dunno tho

It's a Pearson correlation coefficient and t-test - unless you are starting a sentence with it, and then you can capitalize the t (e.g., T-tests were conducted blah, blah).

Thanks! Everyone in undergrad always spelled/wrote it differently. Very confusing.
