Hi all,

Could you please suggest the text books that are good to give basics required for Physical Sciences and also other subjects. I am not looking for Practice questions, I want books that cover all the topics in detail.

Thanks,
Maccha

I'm also looking to see which books are good for the PS portion. I've heard ExamKrackers 1001 Bio questions and 101 verbal are very good practice books for those sections, but how is their chemistry and physics practice books?

I have found that for retention purposes, a solutions manual (instructors, not students) does wonders. Of course it can bite into your study time, but in the long-run, you are better prepared (which in one sense equates to less review time, so you get some of your study time back). Incidentally, upper-division classes have a similar effect.
