Good Ways to supplement Income in IM

What are some good ways to do this in IM? Diversify skill set( cosmetic procedures, weight management clinic, boutique medicine)? There must be a number of ways to do this without having to pick up extra shifts/longer hours doing more of the same, what are your thoughts?
