Does anyone have recommendations of good websites with some basic heart and lung sounds in preparation for the A/V questions on Step 1? I know there aren't that many questions and they might be experimental, so I won't spend too much time on them. Just want some basics like aortic stenosis, PDA, mitral valve prolapse, etc.

Texas heart institute has heart sounds on its website. 'Heart sounds made easy' is a British book thats really good but NB the CD accompanying it is not Mac compatible.

More useful for clinical years but hope that helps!

This website isn't bad, but doesn't have PDA. I still don't really know what a machine-like murmur sounds like. Any other suggestions?
