If they mention OMT, then you'd better do something

Wash hands, use their name at least once, drape.

Most everything is reasonably clear cut.

Everyone is going to have some kind of question for you to answer so don't leave the room without addressing it.

The above quote is horrible advice from someone who has NOT taken the exam yet. Beware...

At your testing facility, there will only be warm water. In any case, don't take too long washing your hands. Time does fly, and there is not marginal scoring for handwashing -- it's YES or NO.
