You should receive several interviews from your list. Columbia, NYU and Cornell are reaches with your MCAT. You also have several state public schools that accept few non residents with your MCAT such as
Rutgers and U Wisconsin.

You have a good MCAT score ~80th percentile but its low for Columbia, Mt Sinai, and NYU (nothing wrong with having a few reaches, you never know). Also, a 125 isn't a deal breaker on just one section, so for the rest of your list you have a good chance with your GPA and solid ECs.
