Well, I am another one of those 2.5 turnaround and pull straight A's for 4 semesters. I am unsure if this has the strength that people like exmike and others have achieved because:

Although my recent semesters include Bio, Ochem and Physics most of them are Psych courses (for my major) and other GE's like History. I feel like this "turnaround" will not be really noticed since they're mostly non-sciences. Is what I'm thinking accurate? I am guessing I might have to take more sciences... 🙄

I don't expect any stellar schools like the others. I will pretty much take up any offer, including SGU / Ross.

Thanks...

So what gpa are you looking at now? Although it is not a hard science, psychology is still based in science.

I have not calculated it yet, but it is in the vicinity of 3.1

3.1 isn't exactly a fabulous score but it's not an impossible thing for you to get accepted. If I were you I'd apply to your state schools(even if you are in Cali), some DO schools(COMP), and since you mentioned that you wouldn't mind the Carribbean, then apply there as well.

If you want to stay in the states for certain, then I suggest you look for a post-bac program.
