GPA Confusion - Need Help With School List...please help!!!

I've been having a hard time figuring out my school list because I've got both an undergrad GPA and a graduate GPA that are completely different. My uGPA is ~3.6 from a no-name liberal arts school but my graduate school GPA is ~3.95 in a hard-science thesis masters from a prestigious school.

What is the accepted student GPA range I should aim for in med schools? My MCAT was 518, so I cant find any schools that match my uGPA and my MCAT....
