Does your GPA matter once you're in dental school? If you're not considering specializing, are there any real incentives to get high grades? Do you have a better chance of finding a good job if you're grades are high in dental school?

Well, there are some schools that have P/F system.
For letter grades schools, GPA matters if you want to specialize, besides the board.
You clinical skill is more important than your GPA when it comes to job searching and holding your job.
