Graduated UC Berkeley in the 80s, want to practice abroad?

I'm retiring, but would like to work part time in other parts of the world. Which provinces are the easiest for an old cat like myself to get into, as a U.S. trained optometrist?

Least convoluted process, least amount of continuing education/bridging... I'm looking to get up and go, but need to find a country conducive to my "get out there" attitude.

Could anyone share suggestions/experiences?
