Some of us have the option to do the 3-year pharm.d program, but we will have to go to school duing summer 😎
 Should we consider doing a regular 4-year so we can do internship during summer instead? What good does having the intership experience do in terms of getting a job after graduation? We will have a year of rotation as part of the curriculum anyway, does it still worth the time to do internship on our own? 😉

I chose a 4 year school, with the 4th year being rotations. I want to do summer internships because I've been in the world of business for almost 25 years. Intern at a company and most likely you'll get hired upon graduation.

Let's say that you want to go into clinical pharmacy and there are a handful of residency positions upon graduation. If you've already interned at that hospital, you'll have a leg-up on the other applicants. They'll aready know you and your work ethic.
