Guys, how do you style your hair? Gel?

especially the strong sprays

I have curly hair and feel that the only thing that can work better for me that gel is wax. Then again, it really depends on the look your going for.

I agree. I have short curly hair, and I use Dep gel religiously. I'm not 100% comfortable about interviewing with my hair gelled, but I think it looks better than the alternative.
