Harbor-UCLA v. UCLA

hey all, wondering what your thoughts were on these two programs... want to like ucla, but thought their program might be a little TOO tertiary for me (and i'm at a pretty tertiary-type place now) - seems like every patient has had a transplant of some sort, and has been to six other hospitals before getting to ucla. seems like you'd be well-trained to take care of very sick patients, but not sure if you'd see enough bread and butter type things, like dka. harbor on the other hand seems very strong clinically, but a smaller program, with less ancillary support. seems like you get worked pretty hard at either place...
