Is this useful or not? Has anyone used it? Is it like Harrisons textbook of medicine or is it more condensed?

I have the ISilo version which is pretty much a pain in the ass cause it's not so well searchable and indexed. It's basically like a book that you read on the palm, chapter by chapter. I'd recommend getting 5mcc (5 minute clinical consult) instead - it's way better integrated to the palm concept.

yeah i agree. it's like the whole book compressed into the tiny palm screen... way too much reading to do.
