Hi there,
I used Harrison's on-line because it was free. Bottom line: Unless you have some burning desire to own one of these medicine texts, use what your school provides for you free. If you are going into Internal Medicine and want to purchase, use what your program uses.

Harrison's is great. I don't know too much about Cecil's.
