Yea, you have a shot. But apply widely, and make sure you put a bunch of safeties in there. At schools like Harvard, you also need something unique in addition to the stats. Your stats are lower than Harvard's average, and your MCAT is about average for them, so you'll need something going for you. Your URM status may help, but you probably still need something that catches their eye.
 
You have a chance, but it's always hard to say with the most elite schools. They have their pick of the best applicants out there, so the smallest imperfections can be grounds for rejection. Your scores are below average by their standards, but your URM status will help immensely, I'd imagine.
