Harvard Summer School---Which Class Should I Take?

So i will be doing the Harvard Extension program, thru the HCP and i wanted to get a small headstart. I want to enroll in th Summer program so does anyone know what classes are good to tae in the summer. I'm staying away from orgo and gen chem. I was leaning more toward BioChem, since i have taken it before. Registration starts tommorrow, so any info would be great
