Has anyone else had a problem with EK online store?

I ordered the verbal book last week and the order still says "pending" on their website. I've sent them emails, left messages on their message board, and there has been no response.

Has anyone else had problems with getting orders processed in a timely manner? Also, if so, is there anywhere else that I can get the verbal book? I'm a little worried about that section and I take the MCAT in 30 days.

I didn't have any problems when I ordered from them last year. My guess is that they're swamped with orders for their "new" VR 101 book. Amazon and Deep Discount have the VR book every so often. Check those places.

I ordered the VR 101 from EK last week and it was shipped the next day.

It still says "pending" for my orders.

For the first order, I put the wrong billing address. Since I knew it wouldn't be processed correctly, I simply made another order with the correct billing address.
