I came across a very interesting web site in which a DO and DC do manipulative therapy under anesthesia. Here's the link:

Any thoughts??

The woman in the video done by CBS seemed to get great results! If it works, i'm for it

How does the unconscious patient tell you if they are developing neuro deficits?

Pretty impressive.

The site shows one anecdotal case with miraculous results and seemingly promises fast, dramatic results for all comers. Nothing suspect about that.

(is there an emoticon for sarcasm?)

The more I think about this the worse of an idea it seems. I can imagine the doc "Under anesthesia I simply rotate the pateint's head 360. When they awake they no longer have back pain!"
