Has anyone here taught CPR?

I was thinking of doing that, but I'm not sure where to start. Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes. Are you currently in school? I was trained/taught at my undergrad rec center.

I haven't taught CPR but I want to do it for work. Everyone in the agency I work for is First Aide and CPR certified, and they use employees to teach them after they go through instructor training. I also thought it would be a fantastic opportunity, so hopefully I can do it too.

I was trained both Red Cross (Professional Rescuer and FA) and American Heart Association (Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Professional and FA) and was an instructor for 2 years. It was a really fun job and I met a lot of neat people. I'd highly recommend it as a great résumé builder for a pre-med student.

If you have a volunteer ambulance service around you, they usually have classes for instructors. If not, go check out your local fire dept/EMS.
