Has Doctors In Training Step 2 CK Changed in the last few years?

I have a copy of DIT Step 2 CK from 2012 that a friend gave to me. For anyone in the know, has the DIT program changed at all in the past few years, aside from small changes?

Do you think it is worth buying the new one all over again? its a lot of money and I won't be able to get a discount through my school.
