Have all pre-reqs before you apply?

I am missing one sem of Ochem and some labs, which I am taking this summer, but I still would like to apply this cycle. Will schools care much that I don't have this last semester of O-chem and 2 labs before I apply?

Correct. For nearly all of the US medical schools, prerequisites are a matriculation requirement, not an application requirement.
