A bunch of you have expressed your opinions about things that went wrong during the test administration for Aug. My contact at AAMC has given me the following information that I have to disclose to you:
Write a letter to this address (below), regarding your complaint. These guys do the hiring/firing, test site picking, etc etc for the MCAT.
Info needed in your letter: your name (ofcourse!), test site name/perhaps room name??, date you took the mcat, and your problem. Please use your discretion when writing these letters. The MCAT program office does heed to such letters, especially if it was also documented by the proctor that "such and such" happened. If a bunch of students have complained about the same thing, for the same test site, you will see action taken. Unfortunately, it may not help you directly, but it will help those people who take the test after you.
In the case of exceptionally bad situations (let's say proctor came half an hour late or something like that; again USE YOUR JUDGEMENT) especially if there's documentation by the proctor, and a bunch of letters from you students, the MCAT Program office will offer to send you a letter to your home describing the
situation for the examinee to provide to the medical schools to which you apply. It is your choice if you want to send the letter to medical schools or not, in order to explain the test conditions for your MCAT day.
Hope this helps you!

I have attached a phone number too, just in case you need it. But calling won't help; a letter will.
