i hate reading a 7 paged paper with nothing but good things in it, like it says it will do this and that, they all sounds good. however i am not a child, all good things come at a cost, funny thing i dont them at all in this paper. i am just saying lol.
on a side note, primary care phy and general surgeons got a nice 10% boost on reinburstment.
