Is there a specific definition for Heat of Rxn or is it just general? Because heat of fusion, heat of vaporization, and heat of solution are all types of rxns.

Heat of reaction is the amount of heat that is evolved or consumed in any type of chemical reactions.

Heat fusion and vaporization are the heat of reaction referring to melting and evaporization respectively
