Help!! Am I too late for DAT

Guys, I was supposed to take my exam on June 30th, but as my luck would have it, I was basically hit by a major personal problem rite around the 20th which changed my schedule, I am having to work 14 hr shifts, I don't want to bore you guys with that-----but my main qus is I have rescheduled my exam for Aug 21st. Is that too late but i am thinking that even though i am taking my exams lated as long as I get a good score I should be in good standing, rite?? Responses will be appreciated. Thanks.
