Help build School list

I'm applying to apply next summer and I am interested in applying to MSTP programs and then some MD-only programs just incase I don't get into any MD-PhD programs. What types of school would I be a competitive applicant if these are my stats: GPA 3.8, MCAT 515, over 300 hrs of non-medical volunteering, 100 hrs of medical volunteering, 40 hours of shadowing, leadership positions in 3 clubs and 3 years of research (1 pub + multiple poster presentations, and 1 highly ranked summer program.
