A great MCAT score can compensate for a lowish cGPA, but you still need to get your BCPM higher for a decent shot.

I think you need to demonstrate an ability to get As in upper-level Bio, and you need to end your academics with a strong upward trend. Don't let your very-nice ECs distract you from this necessity, as adcomms need some reassurance that you'll survive their science-intense curriculum, similar for both MD and DO.

Whether you delay graduation for a year, or take postbac classes while working as an EMT, the grades will be included in your undergrad GPAs. And you still have all of this academic year to ramp up your efforts.
