Help!: Changing AMCAS Biographical Info

Hey all,

I need to change my current address and phone number, and in addition to emailing all the med schools, I've been told that I need to make changes in my AMCAS app. Do I just make the changes, save, and log out, or do I need to resubmit somehow? I have already been certified and submitted so I don't even think that I can do this. Help!

Just go in, change it, and then go back through the "certify and submit" pages. You'll get another "thank you and have a nice day" page. You have to be really patient after clicking the box that says "i certify that this is all correct" in order for it to process and return you to that page to put in your pswd. I've done it a couple times and it takes about 10-15 minutes to reload that page, but it will get there.

Ask the specialist...I think you can change your biographical info...it shouldnt be a problem
