~100 clinical volunteering hours
~100 non-clinical volunteering hours
~700 hours as an ER scribe while in school
~200 hours other work
- Certified as a nursing assistant and phlebotomy tech with no actual work experience

Upward trend in grades, no research

I have 14 credits hours before I graduate in the fall so hoping to boost the gpa a bit.

Wouldn't worry about GPA - it looks fine. Your list looks fine so far for your stats. If you want to, you can retake MCAT, and if you improve by only a few points (>30-31), you can get into a significantly better MD program.
