MD Help cut down list/ School list feedback?

Hello! I was just hoping to get some feedback on my school list? Any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated!

ORM; CA resident
c&sGPA: 3.86
MCAT: 519
ECs:
Research:
-basic science research with 2nd author publication ~900 hours
-research at another lab (neurogenetics) for 1 summer (no publications)- 300 hours

Medical/ clinical:
-ED Scribe (employment) - (~500 hours so far)
-hospital volunteer - ~120 hours
-volunteer medical assistant in family clinic - ~400 hours
-shadowing (primary care, ob/gyn, orthopedic surgery) ~50 hrs

Leadership/ Teaching:
-teaching assistant for biology course- (1 quarter)
-leadership position of student run campus journal (~700 hours)
-served with Americorps (helping at risk students as a tutor, mentor and role model) full time for 1 year (~1700 hours)
- tutor for at risk students through on campus club ~ 100 hours

Btw feel free to use the list of schools gyngyn didnt tell you to delete as your list and call it a day. Youll get enough IIs from that.

If you really want to add a few more a couple I would give consideration to here are UVA, Ohio St and Northwestern. Maybe add back Cincinnati and add SLU(or pretty much any top 20 alternatively) if your overly paranoid but I personally wouldn't.
