Help-Help-Help-Should I migrate to Australia

I am gynecologist from India.I had passed my post graduate (M.D.) in 1998.Since than working as Maternal Child Welfare Officer in Ob/Gy dept of Government Medical College. I wish to migrate to Australia.Which way i should apply means Specialist assessment or Araea of Need ? Please help me i am tired of doing my job and i need to earn money.I dont want to leave hectic life doing my own private clinic and leave dont want to leave like dog. My wife is diploma radiologist.Does she require to sit for AMC when if i go to australia?. How much earnings is there in australia?I will be very thankful to my dear netfriends. will be emailfriends.I misss my penfrieds.bye but eagerly waiting for answer.
