For MD, my state school averages are anywhere from a 505 to a 514.

For DO, around 500-502 for LECOM and 506 for Nova.

I feel confident in my app but this MCAT score, specifically the 123, has me freaking out that my chances at this (particularly MD) are gone

Well I made a 124 on psych and I got into my state MD school. You still have a shot at your state schools. As long as the rest of your app is solid, I don't think you're dead in the water by any means.

Thanks for the confidence boost. I guess I just have to get myself ready for a crazy application cycle where I'll be on edge for the next year. I was hoping to have a higher score so I could feel more confident but I guess you get what you get!

I would look at MSAR AND amcas florida graphs for your schools. I don't see the balance as a major problem. But I defer to the adcom people here. My reflex gut subjective opinion is these numbers would be about 50 50 for one or more MD acceptance Gpa is excellent.

Your MCAT score is in, seal up your AMCAS application and relax. Enjoy the rest of your summer. You've pretty done all you can do now, unless your secondary applications have lots of essays, but those won't be out for another month.
