Help me please!!!!!

Hey all, I really need help writing the formal thank you letters to programs that I am really interested in. I am terrible at this sort of thing! I sent emails right after the interview to thank the PD for their time (etc.), and I want start sending out the formal letter by mail this week. What can I put to make it really specific, to the point, and that I really would like to match there? HELP???!!!???
