Is it common for someone with these stats to not even get a single interview?!

They just need a strategy twice as good as most other states and a willingness to leave CA!
We have 5920 applicants. Only 890 will matriculate IS.
OP is from MA. They have 1251 applicants. 251 matriculate IS. Better odds, but he still needs some game.

I'm Michigan but I want OOS and my school list looks very similar to OP.

And based on interactions at the bar, I don't think I have a lot of "game" lol.

Apply to all IS schools. IS matriculation is 32.9% in MI!
