I can't recommend nay OOS schools, as they know from historic norms that very few Texans leave the Lone Star State. Those that do seem to be superstars.

That being said, I am a texas resident and I received 3 IIs (and 2 acceptances) out of state. I am not considered a superstar by any means. However, I did go to an OOS school. Both Case and Cincinnati offered me interviews and they both have texans in their program, so I would definitely keep them on your list.
