Help me with the bottom of my list

The top half of my ROL is done, but I'm still struggling with the arrangement of the bottom half. Any opinions on these programs? I'll list them as I now have them on my current ROL.

#6: St Vincent's (NYC)
#7: Einstein Montefiore
#8: Beth Israel (NYC)
#9: SUNY downstate
#10: Lenox Hill

I'd put the university programs ahead of the community programs, unless you found something overwhelmingly negative about Einstein and/or Downstate. best of luck.
