Any help would be really appreciated.

29: V6/B13/P10...verbal, I know :(
34: V10/B11/P13

-Clinical volunteer activities
~80h ICU volunteer

-Physician shadowing (include specialties and total hours)
~50h with cardiologist

-Research
~265h, no posters or publications

-Nonclinical volunteer activities
~150h summer stem camps
~30h mentoring

-Employment
~2000h ED scribe (plan to work full time during gap year so should end up being around 3500h)

Your research is on the low side for research powerhouses, however if you feel like you really got memorably achievements from your clinical and non-clinical volunteering then I would apply to only a few of them. Also, what's your major? Schools love unique majors nowadays.

Also, if you can add a little more shadowing that would be great. Particularly in primary care.

Then consider adding NYMC, Albany, Hofstra, Cincinnati, and Tufts.
