Help on COMLEX Step 2

From those who have already taken the Step 2 Comlex...what are some good resources to begin studying?

kaplan Q bank was good (for usmle 2, not the comlex one)
boards/wards
step 2 secrets was probably the highest yield book
of course, savarese/innervation just like step 1.

oh, and hooked on foniks. workin out graet for me.

I also used parts of Swanson's Family Medicine, as much of COMLEX 2 is health maintenance.
