help on connecticut license

I am a cuttent pharmacy student in michigan. I am going to graduate this April and move to connecticut. May I get Connecticut as my primary license state or I should do score transfer and apply michigan as my primary license state. Which way is faster. I have all my intern hours in Michigan.
