Hi I am planning on applying to schools this cycle, but there are a few more courses I need to take during the summer.
I'm not familiar with the application review process and I was wondering if it is possible to submit my application in early June, then amend my applications when my grades from those summer courses are posted?

Once it's verified, you can't "amend" your application. You would, at that point, send an update letter with new grades on it. If this term's grade are going to give your GPA a significant (>0.1 points) boost, then perhaps it's worth considering a later submission. If they're not going to change it for the better, just write an update letter later.
